Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L preparation of old painted bottom surface of RCC street light pole of any size for marking up to 1.2 mtrs alternate layers of tri-colour of black,yellow & white with one coat of synthetic enamel paint along with numbering of poles in white paint over the black base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces & painting of steel tubular pole of up 9 mtr height with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on pole, cross arms, bracing , clamps GI pipe fittings etc with bottom 1.2m portion painted in alternate layers of tri-colour of black,yellow& white including numbering of poles in white paint over the black base complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan / exhaust fan / cabin fan / wall mounted fan by disconnecting electric connection for repairing such as rewinding, replacement of defective spare part,over hauling and painting etc as required and re-fixing in the same position after carry out the repairs works, testing and connecting complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Repairing such as rewinding, replacement of defective spare part, connecting wire etc will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repair (ii) Over hauling and painting will be measured & paid separately. (iii) After repair / replacement of worn-out parts, the fan will be tested to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and in case of failure of test, the same shall be repaired at contractor's cost.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make by dismantling the ceiling fan, removing the burnt winding, cleaning slot, replacement of defective nuts, bolts and washer etc and rewinding with using appropriate size of super enameled copper winding wire thermal class-E, including varnishing and reassembling and testing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as item No 85 above but exhaust fan 300/450 mm sweep.

Supply and fix in repairs ball bearing of suitable size of ceiling fan of 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep complete.

Supply and fix in repairs capacitor 2.5 MFD AC ,230 Volt ,50 HZ, of ceiling fans complete.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated, PVC sheathed three core copper conductor cable multi stranded of size 0.5 Sqmm for connecting of fan from ceiling rose complete.
