CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR ADDITIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE EXISTING KVS NO 2 (ARMY) VADODARA (DEPOSIT WORK) UNDER GE (ARMY) BARODA

Mobilization and demobilization of tools /equipments and personnel required to execute the job as per specification, local transpotation , lodging and boarding etc as required and directing and carrying out soil investigation work at GE (Army Varodara) site as follows. (a) Mechanical drilling of bore holes 100mm dia in any type of soil/ rock up to 6 Mtr in depth, collection of disturbed & undisturbed samples of soil / rock and determing lab & field test reports as per following. (b) Nos of bore holes-01. (c) Provide 4 set of hard copy of detailed test reports. Boring log consist of the following details as mentioned below:-

(i) location. (II) Data performed. (III) Type of exploration. (IV) Surface elevation. (V) Depth of materials. (VI) Sample identification numbers. (VII) LOC of water table & LOC of HFL. (VIII) SPT. (IX) SPT Resistance curve. (X) soil Classification IS 1498. (XI) Grain Size Analysis IS 2720 Part 1. (XIII) Atterberg limits IS2720 Part 5. (XIV) Moisture density relationship IS 2720 Part 7 & 8. (XV) Swelling pressure test. (XVI) Natural moisture content IS 2520 Part 2 and in -situ density. (XVII) Specific gravity. ( XVIII) shear strength is 2720 part 30. (XiX) UCS on at least two undistubed samples from each bore holes. (XX) Free swell index (IS 2720 Part 40). (XXI) Organic matter (IS 2720 Part 22). (XXII) Permeability (IS 2720 Part 36). (XXIII) Consolidation test (IS 2720 Part 15). (XXIV) Safe bearing capacity along with recommendation for foundatio at 1.50 M, 2.50M , 3.50M 4.50M & 6.0 M. Note : test to be done for both distubed and un disturbed samples as per relevent IS Codes as Applicable.

(i) Architecture Services-Preparation of complete architectural drawing (Elevation section and schedule of finishes external weather coat, internal OBD ,white wash on wall/ceiling in toilet area,floor/ dado ceramic tiles in toilet area,kota stone on floor/skirting in living and veranda,synthetic enamel paint on wooden/steel surface)the drawing will cover detailed working drawing to minutes details (including sanitary fittings) with reference to technical , architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy (04 Sets). (approx Plinth area - 109.05 Sqm).

(ii) Structure services-Structural design and drawing duly incorporated with all the details based upon sail repast intone non below, M-25 deign mix for RCC structural TMT of grade Fe 500D/ 550 D and latest IS code, final submission of all the approved Structural drawings with supported by relevant design data(stand file) in hard & soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration. Datta should be vetted from IIT/ NIT/ Govt Institute and desin got approved from CWE Ahmadabad. (approx Plinth area - 109.05 Sqm)

(iii) Detailed Estimate -Preparation of detailed estimate as per approved architectural, structural drawings as per SSR 2020 pattern along with rate analysis. (Approx Plinth area - 109.05 Sqm)
