M&L for disconnecting the transformer of capacity upto 315 KVA from the electrical system, taking out and shifting the same for repair to work shop, drain out old transformer oil, opening the top cover of the transformer with conservator and taking out core with limbs and primary & secondary windings after disconnecting and removing iron core, removing damaged primary & secondary windings etc as per requirement and rewinding the same duly insulating and removal of moisture on oven heating & re-assembling transformer winding and core heating including insulating and packing material in order to take out all moisture from the transformer assembly complete to serviceable, lowering the core assembly with winding in transformer body, connection work and re-assembling in position top cover, conservator, breather with relay control wiring complete including transportation of transformer back from workshop to site, installation of transformer on foundation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Lightening arrester carefully from the 2/4/6 Pole structure and Supply & fix lightining arrester suitable for 11000 Volts of discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp, 3 Phase including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as nut bolt, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnection and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Expulsion fuse single pole carefully from the 2/4/6 Pole structure and Supply & fixing Expulsion/drop out fuse unit along with post insulators suitable for 11000 Volts, 50 A capacity including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as Aluminium jumpers, Aluminium binding wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnection and removing the unserviceable fuel injection pump carefully from the 500 to 1010 KVA DG Set and servicing the same including renewal of u/s parts and carried out calibration fixing back in its original position testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the u/s self starter unit 24 volts capacity carefully from the 500 to 1010 KVA DG Set for finding out the defects and to replace the u/s items such as field coils, bentex, armature solenoid switch etc and refixing the same in its original postion after completion repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make : - TVS Lucas/Fenner or as approved by the OEM. Note :- Armature and bentex will be measured and paid respectiveitem of the schedule.

Disconnection and removing the u/s cells of 24 volts capacity battery carefully from the battery case of DG Set for finding out the defects and to replace the u/s items such as complete cells, terminals, sealed top case to serviceable the battery a min of period 2 years warranty and refixing the same in its original postion after completion repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnection and removing the u/s self starter unit 12 volts capacity carefully from the 30 to 100 KVA DG Set for finding out the defects and to replace the u/s items such as field coils, bentex, armature etc and refixing the same in its original postion after completion of repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
