Lowering & lifting of Submersible pump sets of tube wells at palla area by carrying out following work :- Dismantling the defective tube wells by taking out the defective submersible pump sets, pipes etc. from the bore. Taking out the D/F G.I Pipes by cutting the rusted nut and bolts if required, taking out the submersible cable, pump sets from the bore as required and replacement of defective/worn out D/F pipe, cable or pump sets as required. Lowering of submersible pump sets, cable, pipe etc. by the jointing the submersible cable with pump set along with holding the cable with pipe and jointing the D/F pipes with nut bolt, rubber packing etc. connecting the submersible cable with starter in the LT panel board. The work further include fixing of G.I bend, clamp and other accessories for connecting the same the main supply pipe. All T&P, tripod stand and other material handling equipments, transportation shall be arranged by the firm. The work shall be carried out all safety measures, precautions as required at site. The job includes the cost of rubber packing, cable jointing material and nut bolt as required at site. Other items if required at site shall be supplied by department. Department will not held responsible for any accident/mish app while executing the work at site.

Lowering & lifting of Submersible pump sets of 120/80 H.P at Ranney well at palla area by carrying out following work :- Dismantling the defective installation by taking out the defective submersible pump sets, pipes etc. from the well and fixing the blank flenge with main supply line to avoid back flow. Taking out the D/F M.S Pipes of 8”/10” by cutting the rusted nut and bolts with the help of gas cutter if required, taking out the submersible cable, pump sets from the well as required and replacement of defective/worn out D/F pipe, cable or pump sets as required. Lowering of submersible pump sets, cable, pipe etc. by the jointing the submersible cable with pump set along with holding the cable with pipe and jointing the D/F pipes with nut bolt, rubber packing etc. connecting the submersible cable with starter of LT panel board. The work further include fixing of M.S bend, clamp and other accessories for connecting the same the main supply pipe. All T&Pand other material handling equipments, transportation shall be arranged by the firm. The work shall be carried out all safety measures, precautions as required at site. The job includes the cost of rubber packing, cable jointing material and nut bolt as required at site. Other items if required at site shall be supplied by department. Lowering & lifting of VT Pump sets of 110/85 H.P at Ranney well at palla area by carrying out following work :- Dismantling the defective installation by taking out the defective VT pump sets, column pipes, shaft, spider etc. from the well by removing the dismantling joint, tapper piece and fixing the blank flange with main supply line to avoid back flow. Disconnecting the main supply or isolate the system/motor from the starter. Dismantling the Vertical motor by the existing EOT crane and placing at floor of well safely. Dismantling the stole by opening/cutting the nut bolts from the base frame/foundation and placing on the floor of well. Taking out the D/F M.S column Pipes of 8”/10” by cutting the rusted nut and bolts with the help of gas cutter if required, taking out the bowl assembly of pump from the well as required and replacement of defective/worn out D/F column pipe, shaft, spider, bushes as required. Lowering of bowl assembly of pump, column pipes, shaft, spider etc. with nut bolt, rubber packing sheet, bushes etc. Fixing the stool on foundation/base, connecting it with the vertical column pipe end. The work further include fixing of dismantling joint, taper piece, clamp and other accessories for connecting the same the main supply pipe. All T&P and other material handling equipments, transportation shall be arranged by the firm. The work shall be carried out all safety measures, precautions as required at site. The job includes the cost of rubber packing, cable jointing material and nut bolt as required at site. Other items if required at site shall be supplied by department. Department will not held responsible for any accident/mishap while executing the work at site.
