Disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections of existing Control Panel of Motorised Hanger Door(s), AC 415 V,50 Hz, 3 Phase,checking serviceability of each components viz. actuator, contactor, display,etc.,replacement of burnt out internal wirings with suitable size FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wires,replacement of defective lugs, thimbles etc.,replacement of non hygroscopic fibres and brass screws for mounting of busbars, repairs/ easining the locking arrangements along with door hinges of shutters,covers etc., through cleaning of Control Panel both internally and externally,re-interconnection of parts, including reconnection of all incoming and outgoing electrical connections after repairs,testing and commissioning,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Actuator(s),Contactor(s),Display(s) etc for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items in this BOQ. (ii) The repair work shall be carried out through trained persons as per OEM's standards.

Supply and fix in repairs for, LED illuminated push button actuators with ultra bright LED and with flush head 'Push' all as per Cat No. EG03FDL(R/G/Y) of Make L&T or equivalent Model of Make Siemens/ Legrand/ABB, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only,3 pole power contactors conforming to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1,Type MNX, AC-3 rating 9 Amps and AC-1 rating 16 Amps with auxillary contact 1NO/1NC,complete all as specified. [Cat No.B06-30-10 of Make ABB or equivalent Model of Make Siemens/ Legrand/L&T]

Repair/maintenance of existing drive mechanism of motorised hanger door(s) by disconnection of electrical connections,taking down carefully the drive assembly of door (s),cleaning of drive chain,drive gears,drums etc.,re assembelying the drive assembly,re- connection of electrical connections including lubricating drive chain,drive gears,drum etc.with fresh lubricants as per OEM's instructions,testing and commissioning,complete as specified and directed. Note :- Spares for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ.
