Construction of granular Sub base by Providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density, complete as per Ministry of Rural Development technical Specification Grading I materials, including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size 63mm to 40mm (sixty three milimetre to forty millimetre) to water bound mecadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density WBM Grading 2 (Two) as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specification clause 405.by mechanical means' including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) to water bound mecadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density WBM Grading- 3 (Three) as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specification clause 405.by mechanical means including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I ) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/ sqm. (Zero point seven zero to one Kilograme) per square metre using mechncial means as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specifications clause 502 including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (RS-I) distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg.per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero Kilograme) per square metreon the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specification clause 503.including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2 mm ( Thirteen point two milimetre) to 5.6mm ( five point six milimetre)aggregates eithers using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either TypeA or Type B or Type C as per Technical specification clause 508.Bitumen (VG-10) by Manual means.including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified level, grades and cross fall using Type B as per technical specification clause 510.by Manual means type B Bitumen (VG-10) including all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in execavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and Ministry of Rural Development for rural roadsTechnical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material . If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases. including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203.PCC 1:6:12(One cement: Six Sand: Twelve graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4: 8 ( one cement : four sand: Eight graded crusher stone aggregate 25mm ( twenty five millimeter nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation/ sub-structures complete as per drawing and HP.PWD. as per Ministry of Rural Development Technical specifications. Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete M-10 (Ten) grade nominal mix1:3:6 (One cement : three Sand:six graded stone aggregate10mm to 40mm (Ten milimeter to forty milimeter) nominal size) in open foundation complete as per drawing and as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specifications.clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying 900mm (Nine hundred milimeter) dia reinforcement cement concrete pipe NP-2 for culverts on first class bending of granular materials in signal rough including fling collars with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection work back filling concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets clause 1108 , including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specification clause 1204.3.8 with granular material.including haulage of material with in all leads, lifts , carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/plain/ reinforcement concrete work abutment, wing walls, return walls with 100 mm ( One hundred milimetre) dia A/C pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(One verical) : 20 (Twenty Horizetial) toward drawing face complete as per drawing and as per Ministry of Rural Development technical specification clause 614,709, 1204.3.7. including all leads, lifts a, carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a in all heights and depths, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a in all leads and lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5, including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
