Cast in situ plum concrete work of nominal mix concrete M-10 grade (total mass of dry nallah aggregate 480kg(max excluding plums) and water 34Kg (max) per 50kg of cement) nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum (size over 160mm, split nallah stone or quarry stone) @20% of gross volume upto plinth level excluding cost of form work and including curing and all carriage complete..

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2 course sand:4 graded stone agregade) finished with a floatin coat of neat cement including cement slurry ,but excluding soct of nosing of steps etc. complete 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone agregate nallah including all sorts of carriage complete

Dumping /filling of stone in horizontal on level including cost of stone & all carriage complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50mtr and left up to 1.5m.

Disposal of excavated surplus earth /Mulba for an average lead of2 Km by MT .

Dewatring ,Diversion of nallah and provision for supply of Irrigation water to the fields during execuation of work by way of providing and laying temporary pipes or any other means as per site requirement and as per the direction of site engineer.
