Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure of 220 KV New Bus Coupler Bay as per drawing and tightening of nuts and bolts with proper alignment including shifting of structure from store to site.

Sorting and stacking of main & auxiliary structure

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. (a) 245 KV TI with its operating mechanism (motorized)

(b) 220 KV Post Insulator

Making hole in part of GI main/auxiliary structure/ cutting of GI angle drilling of hole existing/defective structure/plate/angle and grinding machine with all cost of men, T&P etc.

Cutting, strengthening, bending, laying 700 mm. below in ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed/excavation of trenches its back filling. (i) 50x6mm

(ii) 25x3mm

(iii) Painting of MS Flat

Preparation of cable schedule of 220 KV Bus Coupler.

Laying of following size of control cable: (i) 2Cx2.5 Sq.mm

(ii) 4Cx2.5 Sq.mm

(iii) 6Cx2.5 Sq.mm

Termination of following sizes of Cable: (i) 2Cx2.5 Sq.mm

(ii) 4Cx2.5 Sq.mm

(iii) 6Cx2.5 Sq.mm

Stringing of 01 No. Jack Bus bar on single Zebra conductor of each phase with the help of required hardware ate both end span and proper sagging including cutting bending of conductor.

Interconnection and jumpering of new installed tandem isolator to existing line and bus isolator of 220 KV transfer bus coupler.

Providing & fixing (as per site requirement) of Hardware fittings during erection of 01 Nos. 220 KV Jack Bus bar and associated jumpering work. (a) Bolted type tension fitting suitable for Single Zebra Conductor with turn buckle.

(b) Two Bolted type single suspension fitting suitable for Zebra Conductor

(c) Four Bolted type PG Clamp Zebra to Zebra Conductor
