Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) of following size complete all as specified and directed:-

Area not exc 1.5 sqm each

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) of following size complete all as specified and directed:-

Taking down and refixing shutters in the same opening of any description including easing and adjusting, of following size complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for Vitrified any design and pattern coloured tiles scratch proof and stain resistance double charged (water absorption not more than 0.5%) 9-10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.42 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete. Tiles shall be comfirming to IS-15622.2017, Group B1 complete breaking strength 1300 N (Minimum) all as specified and directed. Note :- Shade of the tiles including Colour, Design and pattern shall be apporved by GE. all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick pre polished granite stone slab (apparant density not less then 2700 kg/cum of any colour) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust to match with marble shade over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flush shutters, ISI mark, solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides for following thickness complete all as specified and directed:-

S&F in repair double action floor spring ISI mark hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box,main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer aluminium (extruded section) body hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Water Proofing Compound will be mixed as per manufactur direction and paid separately under relevent item of Sch A) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on plastered surfaces over and including 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping, washing, rubbing down & stopping etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surface including salt, glue and blue etc. as required incl cleaning of glass panes, floor and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex from Asian Paint or equivalent make as specified) over 2 mm thick JK/ Birla wall care putty on platered surface of brick or concrete surface after preparation of newly surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint of required shade (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of point and as directed. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour and T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii) All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv) after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v) The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I). (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.
