Conversion of Auto Cad drawings to PreDCR format as per the CMDA/GCC approved size/layout and as required for the development control rules. If any correction/modification suggested by CMDA/GCC, the same shall be done by the agency without any additional claim. The rate shall be inclusive of modification required in measurements, preparation of plan, section, elevation of building using CAD software preferably latest AutoCAD or lesser version and the agency shall deliver required number of drawings in blue print or on line as accepted by the Chennai metropolitan development authority(CMDA) and Greater Chennai Corporation(GCC). All the drawings shall be duly signed and certified by an authorised licensed surveyor, structural stability certificate by professional structural engineer and Architect consultant as approved by CMDA/GCC. While scrutiny of the application, necessary modification shall be done by the agency without any additional cost for resubmission of drawings till getting the final approval. The rate shall inclusive of GST as per existing government norms. The work shall be executed as per the scope of work indicated in the cover I eligibility bid and obtaining approval from CMDA and GCC. In case of any deviation in the quantity, the same quoted rate will be paid for the excess quantity.
