Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Mast for mounting single approach lights, with tiltable type base plate of following size. (a) Mast height above 4.0m and upto 5.0m

Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Mast with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights, with tiltable type base plate. The Fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested of following size. (a) Mast height above 4.0m and upto 5.0m

Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Mast with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights, with tiltable type base plate. The Fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested of following size. (b) Mast height above 5.0m and upto 5.5m

Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Mast with cross arm suitable for mounting 2 approach lights, with tiltable type base plate. The Fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested of following size. (c) Mast height above 5.5m and upto 6.0m

Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Mast with cross arm suitable for mounting 3 approach lights, with tiltable type base plate. The Fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested of following size . (b)Mast height above 4.5m and upto 5.5m

Supply of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Mast with cross arm suitable for mounting 3 approach lights, with tiltable type base plate. The Fibreglass mast material must be UV Resistant type tested of following size. (c)Mast height above 5.5m and upto 6.0m

Excavation of earth and Construction of RCC foundation/pillar/pedestal with min. 10mm dia. TMT rod and with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of suitable height above ground level (upto 2M) including cost of centering and shuttering etc. and fixing of base plate with foundation bolts etc. as per the recommendations of the OEM suitable for installation of FRP frangible lattice masts of height upto 6m complete as required.

Assembly and Erection of Fibreglass Frangible Lattice Masts (of various sizes and configurations supplied against item no. 1 to 3) on the exiting foundations, including fixing elevated approach fitting and laying of secondary leads etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying 1 inch PVC coated G.I flexiable Hose on surafce, including laying secondary lead with suitable clamp /tag . Etc. as per site requirement.

Supply of 600 VOLTS GRADE FLEXIBLE SECONDARY LEAD AFL CABLE With Multistranded Annealed Tinned Copper Conductor (Class 5) EPR Insulated, Colour Coded (Red & Black) Cores Laid up & PCP/TPE Sheathed Of Size: - 2 C X 4 Sq.mm

Supply of 1.1 KV GRADE FLEXIBLE SECONDARY LEAD With EPR Insulated & PCP/TPE Sheathed With Molded Plug At One End in Following Lengths Of Size: - 2 Core X 4 Sq.mm

Carry out Level Survey Using total station of complete approach area for providing CAT-I lighting for a distance of 900mtrs from Runway 26 THLD and notify light / pole location as per drawing/design including providing Pegmark/ Permeanent marking as required and as per direction of Enginnering Incharge
