Outsourcing of services for general maintenance of cooling appliances like window/ split type ACs, water coolers, refrigerators, deep freezers installed in various buildings of NSTL including attending to repairs & carrying out periodical servicing, leak testing etc. by replacing worn-out spares, charging of refrigerant gas etc. including necessary T&P and consumables required for welding/ brazing works etc. complete by engaging requisite manpower in General shift of 08 hours/ day on all days excluding Sundays & Public holidays complete all as specified and as directed. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Semi Skilled Refrigeration Mechanic & One Un skilled helper each in General shift of 08 hours per day on all days excluding Sundays & Public Holidays. [Notes: Spares require replacement, refrigerant gas & Nitrogen gas required for leak testing shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' and the fixing / charging element deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

Carrying out repairs to PCBs of indoor/ out door unit of split type AC of any make/ capacity complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down out door unit of split type AC of 1.5/ 2 TR capacity, dismantling the shell, scrapping old painted steel surfaces to remove rust and painting the surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and reassembling, refixing the unit and connecting up complete all as directed.

Supply only PVC flexible pipe 20mm dia for condensed water drain with clamps/concealed suitable for window/Split type Acs in wall/roof complete all as specified and directed.
