Excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50m intial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and leveling as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size hard granite metal in foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth per cum.

RCC work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken)stone chips including hoisting and laying including centering and shuttering etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure per cum.

6mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) to R.C.C. surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slury treatment per sqm.

16mm. thick cement plaster in c.m. 1:6 over brick masonry , inside wall

12mm. thick cement plaster in c.m. 1:6 over brick masonry , outside wall

2.5cm.grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm.size CBHG chips on new work per 1 sqm

Wall Priming one coat on new work with wall water bound primer of approved shade.

Wall painting two coats on new work with Weather coat paint of approved shade.

Wall painting two coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade.

Iron work wrought & put up in grated door, window etc complete with all cost as per approved design etc complete including Labour

Priming one coat with any approved red oxide primer per 1 Sqm.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint per 1 Sqm.

Fixing Vitrified tiles Plain (600 mmX600 mm) in floors,treads or steps and landings on 25 mm thick CM (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades includind cost for rubbing, polishing & cost of marbel tiles etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Fixing Vitrified tiles Plain (600 mmX600 mm) in dados skirting and risers of stepson 12 mm thick cement plaster(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to matche shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Recessed wiring to light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 20 mm dia non-metalic PVC flexible conduit with 5 Amp, 250 V modular type switch ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size , MS modular box with 1.0 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accesories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Supplying and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 amp one way modular socket outlet piano type on existing box/cover including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing batten holder/BK angle holder ISI marked including connection etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired 12 W LED Light fitting of all sizes complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling, excluding connection and earthing as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan ( 48" decorative), including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of stepped type modular fan regulator, in existing switch box including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor, earthing the regulator as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm PVC conduit along with accessories in recessed wiring including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
