Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads , dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in ordinary soil upto all depth. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading, watering and rolling of binding material moorum or earth etc. complete as per HPPWD specification 150mm spread thickness (finished work including material and labour) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors incuding watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement :two sand : four crushed stone aggrgate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete exluding cost of form work in flundation and plinth and as per HP PWD specification of 1990 volume-I. including carriage of material, labour, tool and plants thruogh all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 25 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25mm thick as required complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face 75 mm dia PVC rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor all level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement:64sand) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Backfilling /Filter media with granular material behind retaining wall/breast wall as per specification 1204.3.8 in a width of 600 mm. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing for100 mm dia chromium plated grating of superior quality for floor, gully or nahani trap including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick/ stone / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return walls with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709 and 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded stone aggregate crushed 25mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying steel work of TATA,SAIL or RASHTRIYA ISPAT welded in built up section/ hollow section trusses & framed work, including cutting,hoisting & fixing in position including applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 vplume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face 100 mm dia PVC rain water pipes including all fittings of working pressure not less than than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with C. I. surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete with 100mm thick wall of brick masonry in C.M. 1:5 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
