S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed

All as per item No 6 above but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over with and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class `B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 above except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or precast PCC block walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrabbing down water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of stone masonry or brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall , finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc incl weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters; walk ways; railing; framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of old existing painted/ decorated surfaces of wall including scapping down, cleaning , finishing and applying one coat of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade complete all as specified & directed.
