Repairing of 2500 KW. Power Turbine Alternator M/S Jyoti make. (i) Driving end alternator bearing Pedestal bearing and oil seal bearing boring repairing by welding and final boring to be done. (ii) Driven end alternator bearing Pedestal bearing and oil seal bearing boring to be repaired and final boring to be completed. (iii) Distance support of pedestal of driving end and driven end to be machined. (iv) Alternator half coupling existing to be removed and new coupling to be fitted. (v) Alternator journal to be polished for both sides (driven end and driving end) and dimention to be maintained 203.2 mm. (vi) Alternator shaft to be balanced. (vii) All fastener for Bearing Pedestal to be replaced. (viii) Gear Shaft existing gear hub coupling to be removed and new gear hub coupling to be fitted (ix) Gear to be balanced after fitting the new gear coupling.
Repairing work of 2000 KW. Power Turbine Italian make (i) High Speed Pinion for Gear Box to be balanced. (ii) Oil Seal for front end to be repaired and dimention to be maintained-100 mm. (iii) Oil Seal for rear end to be repaired and dimention to be maintained- 110 mm.
