M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' old sizes burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in cm (1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new prepared surface complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in for hold fasts, filling door and window frames, coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coast of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed..
