Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCTV Surveillance System for Boundary Wall for I&A department in Rourkela Steel Plant including AMC for 3 years on Turnkey Contract basis

• a. The bidder shall be an OEM of CCTV system (CCTV, VMS & VAS).

OR

The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of CCTV and the bidder should be Authorized Channel Partner/Authorized System Integrator of OEM of VMS and VAS. Bid specific authorization from OEM(s) shall be submitted.

OR

The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of VMS & VAS and the bidder should be Authorized Channel Partner/Authorized System Integrator of OEM of CCTV. Bid specific authorization from OEM(s) shall be submitted.

OR

If the bidder is not an OEM, the bidder should be Authorized Channel Partner/Authorized System Integrator of OEM of CCTV system (CCTV, VMS and VAS). Bid specific authorization from OEM(s) shall be submitted.

• b. The bidder should have supplied, installed & commissioned minimum 100 nos. of IP based CCTV systems along with Video Management Software (VMS) and Video Analytics System (VAS) in a single order/ multiple orders [Maximum two (2) Orders] in any Central / State govt. Organizations / PSU/Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be a Central or State government organization or PSU / Public Limited Companies in the last Seven (7) years from the month previous to the one in which the enquiry is issued.

• c. Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• a) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 should not be less than Rs.300 Lakhs. Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.

b) Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2025 as per audited annual accounts.
