Construction of RCC/SFRC Precast compound wall, Concretina wire & Y Angle

Construction, Providing, Supplying and fixing precast RCC/ SFRC fencing compound wall poles having finished dimension of 200mmx200mmx3000mm (long) made of M-30 grade concrete with 10 nos of 4mm dia HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ PCC M-20 concrete in foundation footing of size 600 mm dia 300mm depth from top and P.C.C. of proportion in C.C.(1:4:8) of size 600 mm dia 300mm depth at bottom inside the RCC collar pipe of 600mm internal dia placed over a base of plain cement conrete of proportion with C.C. (1:4:8) of size 680 mm dia 100mm depth including excavating foundation pit for each pole in ordinary soil of size 680 mm dia 700mm depth includnig providing cast-in-situ P.C.C. of proportion in C.C.(1:4:8) of size 1520 mm length,150 mm width & 100mm depth below slab panel including wtering & curing for required days , alongwith supplying , fixing befitting precast RCC/ SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide) x 50mm (thick) made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia GI wire 3 nos. covering the top of the compound wall poles with a precast RCC/ SFRC cover of size (300X300X150) mm in order to prevent the slab pannels from removing. All complete as a set to be measured in term of running meter including such precast RCC/ SFRC top cover , slab , pole , including painting two coats of approved cement paint over a coat of cement wash including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties , taxes all labour , labour cess, T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of GST.

Supplying fiting and fixing of Concertina wire concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) having 50 nos round per 6 metre length , upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m ro 3.0m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I staples and G.I clip to retain horizantal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of engineer – in – charge, with reinforced barded tape(R.B.T) Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (cost of M.S angle, C.C block shall be paid separately) (Material Cost)

Providing Labour for Concertina Coil Fencing Rate per meter

Supplying of equal Angles(50x50x6) having Y shef fixed with not bolt etc all complete. 6.2Kg/per eich=
