Dismantling cement concrete work including base concrete sor no 697

Brick work in 1 : 6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand ) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) brick of class desingation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in ( as per DSR no 6.1.2-12%GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Laying CC Road sleb 15 cm 6" thick consisting 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and approved 2 cm (3/4") gauge stone grit over prepared sub-grade after its rectification & bringing it to prorer camber & including supply of all Materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. finished to temp as directed by Engineer-in charge but excluding cost of metal required for rectification of the sub grade (sor 773)

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand morta in proportion of 1 : 4 cement and fine sand of fine sand in single coat on fair side of single or half brock wall for interrior plastering including arises interior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grit and finished even and smooth schedule no 584

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material and T&P All Complete as per S.I NO-279

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge Approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcment and sub-grade after its rectification & bringing it to prorer camber & including supply of all Materials labour aniys binding but including its fixing and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.ans also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. Binding of wire cost being including in the Item (SOR 284 )

Mild steel or iron work in planeor R.C.C. work including cutting bending and fixing position including all completion of the work (S.I. No. 504)
