Renewal of Pipe lines. Material – Cu-Ni (Material supplied by contractor).(a) Upto 3” dia.

Cleaning of Soil, domestic sea water pipe lines, followed by pressure test and restoration of external paint scheme post preparation.

Strip, examine and refit following valves. Job includes overhauling, renewal of worn out leather seating and repairs as necessary. (a) Discharge valves. (i) ≤ 100mm.

(b) Storm valve.(i) ≤ 100mm.

Repair of Isolating valve, dia ≤ 50mm.

Renewal of Isolating valve, dia ≤ 50mm.

Repair of valves. (a) Reducer.

(b) Relief valve.

(c) Dry protection valve.

Renewal of valves.(a) Reducer.

Repair of electromagnetic bleed valves of citadel, dia ≤ 100mm.

Renewal of Pipe lines. Material – MS. (a) Upto 2” dia.

Repair of IMO connector/ coupling for sewage discharge to barges. Material MS.

Repair of pinholes on eductor at various locations.

Manufacturing of adaptor blanks for domestic sea water pipe lines of following size. Material – Brass, dia ≤ 50mm. (Material by Contractor)

Manufacture deck drain strainer. Material –Brass.

Fitment of Nelson valve and removal of existing foot pedal valve includes following (a) Fitment of Nelson valves (140 WCs) (Supply by Navy).

(b) Renewal of pipes. Material – Cu-Ni (90-10) (contractor supply), dia 40mm, 3.5mm thick.

Fitment of isolating valve in WCs and bathrooms compartment (all material by contractor) .(a) Renewal of pipe line. Material – Cu-Ni, Dia 32mm.

(b) Fitment of domestic sea water isolating valve. Dia ≤ 50mm.

(c) Fitment of fresh water isolating valve. Dia ≤ 50mm.

(d) Renewal of pipe line. Material – GI, Dia – 20mm.

Fitment of U trap on drain pipe line with drain plugs. Dia ≤ 50mm (all material by contractor).

Modification of deck drain includes following.(a) Cutting of deck & fitment of deck drains with strainers (4” brass).

(b) Fitment of additional drain pipe & provision of existing drain lines – 100 mtrs dia – 2” (Cu-Ni).
