Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and thrown away at low lying area, distance & location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) 100mm thick, as in sub base for path/ Road/hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone of gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand of crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause - 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017.

S&F Polythene film transparent of 150mm micron thick laid over sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction/dummy joints 65mm deep and 6mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints for thickness of concrete slab 150 mm, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out hard soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in post holes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Stainless steel frame work as Road sign board post with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted or forged into spikes, railings, ladders and similar articles works confirming to type 304 or type 316 complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully retro-reflective signage made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to fully covered with high intensity unmetalized micro prismatic grade retro-reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM-D-4950-01 sheeting as per colour required by hand squeeze roller applicator machine sign letters & symbol shall be cut by computersied cutting machine & fabricated out of HIP grade sheeting. Board as to be supplied alongwith back supported iron frame of 35x35x4mm. Back side aluminium composite panel shall be painted with ISI mark anti corrosive apex paint. Size board shall be fabricated with in accordance with IRC-67-2001m and as per MORT & H specification clause 801.1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick, 1:4:8 type D-2 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block polished rubber moulded any shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching including weathering throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
