Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous mecadam surface in area n.exc. 400 Sqm & exc. 50 mm and n. exc. 100 mm deep Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to Pot holes any depth nexc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binders 9.80 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings. 6.3mm size and again well ramming (including supply) of pre mixed macadam binder and chippings)depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm.using paving bitumen Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 7.50 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate to (63mm to 40mm size) granite trap or basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient camber with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of WBM surfaces by brushing wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeiping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or mechnanically fans to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming / fack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg / 10 sqm of paving bitumen, and then applying 40 mm thickness bituminous carpet (consolidated thickness ) with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.50 Kg of binder with mechnanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm surfaces Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen any penetration 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity cement filler 43 grade OPC @2% by weight of bitumen or as per the job mix disign shall be added complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The amount for quantity of cement used shall be paid separately

Supply only cement OPC 43 grade (refer item No 7 above) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Add or deduct to Srl Item No 7 above for each extra Kg of bitumen binder used complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes arrow, letters etc on roads pavements and the like n. exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Solar Road Stud/cat eye 125 x 125 x 25 mm (Model Dark Eye DA -110- DHRUV ) made out from aluminium alloy,fixed as per complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Road Stud/cat eye made of ABS material fixed as per complete all as specified and directed. (Model : Dark Eye, DA - 978/DA-51/DA-52 or Samsonite) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix delinator 70 cm long made of 50 mm dia powder coated MS tube with 16 SWG wall thickness, with two numbers reflectors 110 mm dia of ABS body, including necessary earth work in excavation and provn of cement concrete block of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm using cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, convex mirror of 800 mm dia size including earth work in excavation and cement concrete block of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm using cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B.1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
