Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Supply and fabrication of steel truss bridge as per detailed drawing attached including supply of all structural steel confirming IS 226 – 1969 (E-350 Grade steel) required for proper completion of the bridge including ground errection of the bridge and one coat of approved quality anticorrosive (red oxide) paint of confirming IS 5660, all T&P, nuts and bolts, washers and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets required as per drawing, required equipment shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job, the rates shall include ground errection in the workshop and its dismantling after inspection, approval and removing defects, match marking of all parts, numbering and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be executed in accordance to IS - 1915. The rates shall include cost of all material, its wastage, cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop riveting, labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of the work. including cost of cartage from workshop to Bridge Site including safe stacking of parts. (As per SOR Misc. Item 4-1-B)

Strip Seal Expansion Joint Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation as directed by the engineer in charge.

Tubular Steel Railing on Medium Weight steel channel ( ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm (Providing, fixing and erecting 50 mm dia steel pipe railing in 3 rows duly painted on medium weight steel channels (ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm, 1.2 metres high above ground, 2 m centre to centre, complete as per approved drawings)

Reinforced cement concrete (M-30) approach slab excluding reinforcement but including formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification also including supply of all materials labours,T&P etc required for completion of work and as directed by engineer in-charge. (As per MORTH SOR) and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth.

Painting on Steel Surfaces Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade and as directed by engineer in-charge.

Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly vetted by a recognised reputable institution/ consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of approved make. The rate including of cost of all labour, T&P, equipment’s, civil work and consumables, cost of arranging, fabricating, erecting and dismantling of erection scheme including the cost of its designing, revising, supervision by contractor's designeer at site during erection, also including cost of all safety measures and necessary insurances of bridge and labours for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 with due regard of mansoon and as per directions of the engineer-incharge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications and as directed by engineer in-charge.

Bore Hole for Soil Investigation - Carrying out confirmatory bores up to required depths complete in all respects as per MORTH Technical Specifications 2400 and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing of bull dog clamps (U Clamps) for 32/40/56 mm dia wire ropes as per detail drawing, including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and as per MoRTH Technical Specification section 1000,1900 and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for hangers.

Fabrication and supply of bottle nuts made of 75x10mm flats for hangers or suspenders as per drawing complete, including cutting, fitting, welding, making holes, one coat of anticorosive red oxide paint confirming to IS 102, including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MoRTH Technical Specification section 1000, 1900, and as directed the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Round strand 32 mm dia USHA MARTIN make construction steel wire rope for bridge construction 7x19 (18/12/6/1) pre streched fully galvanised confirming to as per I.S. 9282-2002 as also shown in drawings including all accessories, supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and as directed by Engineeer-in-Charge.

Approach Road

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 as directed by engineer in-charge. Excavation in Hilly Areas in soil by mechanical means not requiring blasting (With out Dozer) Excavation in hilly area in soil not requiring blasting by mechanical means without using Dozer including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 20 m at safe place as per direction of ingineer in-charge and as per Clause 1603.2.

Excavation in Hilly Areas in Hard Rock requiring blasting Excavation in hilly areas in hard rock requiring blasting, by mechanical means without using Dozer , lift upto 1.5 m and disposal of excavated rock upto a lead of 20 m at safe place as per direction of Engineer in-charge and as per Clause 1603.2.

Providing and laying of stone set pavement over 2.5 cm thick bedding layer of PCC 1:2:4 which shall further be placed over 10 cm thick dry stone kharanja or crushed stones base over a prepared subgrade as per drawings and technical specifications. The size of stones shall not be less than 20 cm x 20 cm and thickness of stones shall vary from 10 cm to 15 cm. The work includes filling of joints with PCC 1:2:4 as per the standard drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth.

PARAPET

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction.

Providing concrete M-10 (Nominal mix 1:3:6) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and mudt be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth

R/walls and B/walls

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction.

R.R. stone masonry laid in 1:5 cement and sand mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing concreteM-20 (Nominal mix 1:2:4) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and mudt be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth

Providing PCC M-20 architectural coping on the top of wing wall, return wall etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 615, 710 and 1204.3.11and must be continuous curing for at least 14 days must be done by laying Hessain cloth.

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of UGRIDP Providing and fixing of typical UGRIDP informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 and as directed by engineer in charge.

Protection Work

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. and as directed by the engineer in charge. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions)
