1.0 The following works are envisaged in Gujarat State (India) being executed

by Executive Engineer, Salinity Control Division,1st Floor, Sinchai Bhavan,

Sani Colony, Gayatrinagar, Near Jalaram Temple Jamkhambhalia-361305.

The project envisages following works.

2.0 Online tenders for the following work is invited by the Executive Engineer,

from the contractors registered in.

(A) For Sr. No. 1 & 2 Class “E-1” & above & For Sr. No.3 to 6 Class “E-2”

& above in Narmada, Water resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar

department and/or Road and Building Department of Gujarat State and.

(B) CPWD/ Railway and other State Governments For Sr. No. 1 & 2 Class

“E-1” & above & For Sr. No.3 to 6 Class “E-2” & above of Gujarat

State. Such Contractor shall have to apply before the date of Submission

whose E.M.D. & tender fee is received

electronically. However for the purpose of

realization of D.D. bidder shall send the

7.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER :-

Tenderer shall submit their offer in electronic format on above

mentioned website up to 18.00 Hrs. on For Sr. No. 1 to 6 Dtd. 17-

06-2026 after Digitally Signing the same. Offer which are not

Digitally Signed will not be accepted. No offer in physical from will

Intending bidders or their representative who wish to participate

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

a) The fees for on line tender document will not be refunded

shall be deducted from the running bill as the Contribution for

Labour Cess as per prevailing rules.

n) If found necessary Contractor will be intimated for

Negotiation. He will be intimated maximum three times within

validity period for Negotiation. If Contractor does not respond

in time his Earnest Money will be for fitted & his tender will be

rejected. Punitiative action will be taken on such contractor

all duties, taxes, and other levies Expect GST payable by the
