Distmantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking materials as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters ( 200 feet). Chapter No 17 SI No 692

Boring with 100 mm dia casing pipe for dewatering including cost of pipes, other materials, labour charges etc. complete.

Dewatering the ground water for trenches with hire, operational & fuel charges of pump with oprater complete

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross ections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead up to 1000m

Sand filling in plingth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. (5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials. Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M 25 grade in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5

Construction of only plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202

Poviding Weephole in Brick masonry/Plain/Rainforcement concreet slab abutment, wing wall ith 100 mm dia ac pipe extending through the full width of the ructure with slop of IV:20H towards drawing face complete as per and sorcifacation as MORTH Soze 2706 and 2200

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Diversion Construction of embankment (Caried Earth) with approved material bined froin availble land as perinitted and approved by Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet rewirement of Tables, 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Supply and laying of RCC Hume pipe 1000mm dia including cost of all material, carriage upto site, loading and unloading, all labour and taxes, work complete as per direction of E/M for cross drainage in route diversion.

Brick soiling with straight over burnt brick laid on edge and dry brick ledging on both sides including preparation of sub grade to required camber, filling joints with local earth spreading blinding coats 1 cm. deep of local earth including all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work. Protection Work Providing and laying boulder apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table 1300.1, no fragment weighing Not less than 25 kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301

Construction of flexible apron 1m thickl comprising of loose stone boulder weighing not less than 40kg beyond curtain wall

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302

Approch Road Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with a lift upto 1.5m & lead up to 1000 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 .

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade adding cement @2% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compresive strength and to form a layer of subbase.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base cement @4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compresive strength and to form a layer of base.(WMM)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .

Construction of Shoulder with approved material Obtained from borrow pits (Carted Earth) with a lift up to 1.50 m transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification.

Direction and place Identification signs up to 0.90 sqm size Board d sign as per IRC-67 made of (8.5) Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorise high intensity grade sheeting The Retro reflective sheeting shal eb tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility. liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Goverment Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and ni case the certificate isobtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture ni abroad. Alternatively, acertificate conformingot ASTM Specification D( 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory ni India nac be accepted provisionally. nI such a situation, the Employer / Client, fi so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering fo the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 Sheet fixed over aluminium sheeting 2, m thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm. Supported on amild steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm.,below ground level as per approved drawing, complete..

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm * 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm * 45cm * 60cm 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. as per lucknow circle SOR rate.
