Installation and testing of step-down11/0.433 KVA transformer compete 63 KVA out door type on pole/plinth connected with earthing & HT & LT cable including all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Installation and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 63 KVA including coneecting incoming & out going cable , earthing including lugs and cable gland etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only Steel tubular swaged poles 11.0 Mtr long . (Note : Excavation & earth work, PCC and copping to be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of the schedule).all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and testing only cable HT XLPE insulated confirming to IS:-7098 of 1985 screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 70 sqmm. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and testing only LT XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for making Cable jointing for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and restringing of ACSR conductor as per IS-398 part-II 1976 complete with 3 % authorised sag and binding wire on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, stringing and fixing Galvanised steel wire 3.15 to 4mm dia on poles for earth continuity conductor/ cradles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for HT lightening arrestor transmission class and discharge capacity 65 KA non linear resistance type with all fittings suitable for 11 KV electric working pressure including strap bolts and nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: ATLAS/BHEL

M&L for single disc type insulator, porcelain vitreous 145 mm high light 255 mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green with working pressure 11KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pin type insulator porcelain , white , brown or green , insulators including one mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 150 mm dia and 150 mm height for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 20 mm dia (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation & earth work, PCC to be measured and paid seperately) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for galvanised Stay wire 7/4 mm complete with accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix loop type porcelain vitreous white or brown or green insulator including with over qall diemension 140mm x clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour of mechanically gang operated off load , disconnecting switch , tripple pole , each pole consist of galvanised steel base , HT 11 KV insulators as per BSS /IS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact , arching horn of edequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformer horizontal, GI pipe of edequate lenght for phase seperation , edequate lenght of GI pipe for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position complete for 11000 volts 200 amps mounted on insulators including two coats of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint over it. . M& L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated soil for erecting of poles/laying of cables .all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above item but exceeding 1.5 meters depth .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches by screen silver sand for cable protection.all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type -1 with peak size of 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm .

M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type -1 flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm .all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L for Laying cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type D2 1:4:8 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Laying cement concrete for foundation filling C1 1:3:6 20 mm graded aggregate ,smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Laying cement concrete for copying of poles B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate ,smooth finishing without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below ground level earth plate connected to galvanized earth lead wire 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized steel & GI earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5M complete with adequate charcoal dust & common salt necessary excavation & earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-I pit with pre cast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover funnel with 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe wire mesh etc & testing on completion complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick confirming to IS : 2551 of 1982 mild steel sheets vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps , bolts , and nuts of approved size for HT 25 cms x 20 cms .all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Frame work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates rails braces etc . complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheerting or other covering . Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fixing ( excluisive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hamnging , also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
