Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection covers/ bricks complete all as specified and directed. Supply , Install and testing in replacement of unserviceable HT 11kV vertical swing triple pole gang operated air break switch (GOD) consisting of twelve insulator (3 insulators in each phase and one each for DO fuse). Mounted over the MS channel frame, operating mechanism, operating handle GI medium grade 25 mm bore, 5 mtr long with locking arrangement system connected with operating handle and 7 leaver lock of Godrej, moving and fixed jaws, copper jumpher strip etc suitable for 11000 volt 200 Amp current rating all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable lightning arrestor of any capacity and any description and Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 12 KV capacity and 10 KA NDC(Peak) confirming to to IEC-99.4 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,Straightening and Stringing in replacement of UNSV aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor off size including jointing the conductor with new conductor on existing HT/LT pole and binding to insulator with the new aluminium wire binding wire 2 mm dia making and connecting jumper connections etc including connecting commissioning and testing complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Straightening and Stringing in replacement of UNSV Guard/ cradles hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated in replacement of UNSV galvanized steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia . all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restringing of HT existing over head line of ACSR conductor after disconnecting from the insulators & jumpers to the required tension & sag & binding up & connecting to insulators & jumpers properly testing complete, including chopping off tree branches (coming in the way line) all as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of UNSV GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm for laying along the wall/roof on batten or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation as directed or as required GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm earth continuity conductor complete with all accessories such as porcelain insulators, saddles and fixing screw etc for conductor all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 79 here in above but using 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective transformer indoor/outdoor of any capacity up to 400 KVA both from HT/LT sides, and then drainage of complete transformer oil. Opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside. Removal of all sludge and unwanted material from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core. In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The cost of transportation shall be paid separately. (ii) The cost of rewinding shall be paid separately.

Taking down of transformers of capacity 63 to 400KVA from transformer plate form/2/4 pole structure with due care after disconnecting all HT/LT connections on pole and then lowering it by means of tripod and chainpully and remounting on transformer plate form /2/4 pole structure after repairs all as directed and specified.

Lifting of Indoor/Outdoor transformer from PCC plateform/2/4 pole structure of concerned substation with the help of mobile crane , loading on truck for transporting to civil workshop at Dehradun city & unloading at workshop, transporting back from workshop after repairs to its existing location complete all as specified and directed .
