Reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade hard granite stone (crusher broken) chips, including hoisting & laying curing with cost,conveyance ,royalty of all materials ,labour ,T& P etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for C.C. / R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials, labour, T & P etc. complete in ground floor as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.(b) RCC roof slab & chajja height up to 4.30m

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. walls and fins including attached pillasters including fals works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, Cutting , straightening, coiled or bent up M.S Rod or Tor steel bending, binding welding and joinging if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work and providing fan hooks hoisting lowering and including cost, conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gause required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills (payment will be made on weight of M.S Rod or Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wire) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated material with well compacted etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
