Providing and fixing of Wall and Floor tiles

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 500 metres lead. Including cost of all materials, labours, taxes (excluding GST) & royalties, conveyance ,loading and unloading ,sundries ,T & P etc .complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in Size of 600x600 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 300 x 450 mm ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved size conforming to IS: 15622 specifications of approved make and shade, in skirting and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and finishing the joint with epoxy based water proofing grout to match the shade. including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes (excluding GST), T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and applying wall surface with Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and applying 2 Coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer with any approved primer per 1 sqm including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, scaffolding, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
