Thrissur Jilla Panchayath Project -Supply and installation of centrifugal motor pump sets for various Padashekarams in Parpookara Division.

Supply of centrifugal pump with following duty criteria, mono block/ close coupled with suitable electric motor TEFC, fitted on a base frame, with necessary fittings and couplings. The material of construction of impeller shall be Cast Iron/ Carbon Steel/ Bronze, and that of pump body is Cast Iron Alloy, pump shaft /shaft sleeve carbon steel /SS410. The quote should include a Panel board with suitable starter for Monoblock / close coupled pump, Voltmeter, Ammeter, MCCB, ELCB, Single phase preventer, dry run preventer, star delta timer, RYB indication lamp etc. The quote should be inclusive of all petty civil works, electrical connections, and drawings and all required paper work required for the connection from KSEB duly signed by a registered electrical wireman/supervisor. All installation should meet the KSEB / Electrical inspectorate requirement. The supply should include all accessories fittings such as bend, priming facility, Base frame ,coupling,coupling guard, flanges, necessary cables and wiring , suited for the pump in the location . All items to comply with BIS standards.The pumps must be of reputed brands .

For Vilichira Padashekaram Parpookara Division Approximate duty point head 8m, Minimum discharge at Duty point head: 65 lps, Power allocation: 10hp.Minimum Overall Efficiency in % : 70% The supply should include Flexible suction pipe length 8m with diameter suitable for proposed pump inlet and a PVC delivery pipe length 15m with diameter suitable to the proposed pump outlet. The suction pipe shall be fitted with a PVC foot valve suitable to the proposed suction pipe.NRV and Vaccuum pump with all fittings to be provided.

For Vilichira Padashekaram Parpookara Division Approximate duty point head 8m, Minimum discharge at Duty point head: 110 lps, Power allocation: 20hp.Minimum Overall Efficiency in % : 60% The supply should include PVC/ Flexible suction pipe length 8m with diameter suitable for proposed pump inlet and a PVC delivery pipe length 15m with diameter suitable to the proposed pump outlet. The suction pipe shall be fitted with a PVC foot valve suitable to the proposed suction pipe.NRV to be provided and Vacuum pump with all fittings.

For Poomangalam Padiyoor Padashekaram under Parpookara Division Approximate duty point head 8m, Minimum discharge at Duty point head: 65 lps, Power allocation: 10hp.,Minimum Overall Efficiency in % : 70%; The supply should include Flexible suction pipe length 15m with diameter suitable for proposed pump inlet and a flexibe delivery pipe length 10m with diameter suitable to the proposed pump outlet. The suction pipe shall be fitted with a PVC foot valve suitable to the proposed suction pipe. NRV to be provided and Vacuum pump with all fittings.
