Supply of OS-2, 48 core single mode fiber optical armored cable as pertechnical specification. Cable shall be supplied in one role of metallic drum of 4000 meter single length and 2roles of metallic drum of 2000 meter single length each OTDR report of OFC cables.

Supply of Single mode, 20KM, Current (0 to 20mA) to Fiber and vice versa convertors (One set of TX and RX)

Supply of 6 meter simplex FC to SC single mode patch cord.

Supply of lock & key type 15U 19” Network rack, front Toughened Glass Door, Turning angle of front door over 180° with PDU, FAN tray, Cable Organizer and mounting accessories.

Supply of Rack Mount Fiber LIU for terminating of 48 core single mode fiber with 48 nos. pig tail, Coupler, Connector and mounting accessories.

Supply of metallic route marker with “OFC HWP(K)” engraved on each.

Trench preparation for OFC laying in hard/soft soil and Road: a) Hard/ soft soil and Road digging / cutting up to 400mm depth and 400mm width. b) Laying of 100mm PCC layer. c) OFC cable laying after PCC. d) Concreting after OFC laying. e) Water curing after concreting. Concreting composition: 1 part of Cement, 2 parts of sand, 4 parts of aggregate shall be used for concrete. Supply of Cement, Sand, aggregate, Water and any other accessories for this job shall be in the scope of vendor.

Laying of OS-2, 48 core single mode fiber optical armored cable as directed by EIC. These cables shall be laid in trenches, GI pipe, wall surface / ceiling and on structures etc by proper clamping arrangement as directed by EIC. Any material required for clamping of cable shall be in the scope of vendor. External road crossing of cable a) Hard/ soft soil and Road digging / cutting up to 400mm depth and 400mm width. b) Laying of 100mm PCC layer. c) OFC cable laying after PCC. d) Concreting after OFC laying. e) Water curing after concreting. Concreting composition: 1 part of Cement, 2 parts of sand, 4 parts of aggregate shall be used for concrete. Supply of Cement, Sand, aggregate, Water and any other accessories for this job shall be in the scope of vendor.

Installation of metallic route marker on every 30 meter of cable trench and turn

Installation of network rack. Any material required for installation of same shall be in the scope of Vendor.

Installation of 48 core LIU in existing Network rack as directed by EIC. Any material required for installation of same shall be in the scope of Vendor.

Splicing of fiber with core to core and core to pig tail. OTDR report of OFC cable after laying & splicing completion.

Installation of Single mode, 20KM, Current (0 to 20mA) to Fiber and vice versa convertors (One set of TX and RX) and Patch cords.
