S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specfied and directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately.

S&F Pressed steel frame made out of MS Sheet 1.25mm thick for doors of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishies like cement plaster simlar wall tiles, floor tiles etc as per site requirement.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed panelled door shutter, factory made (any number of panels) of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces including 2nd class hard wood beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5 mm on one side of shutter & fitted to chowkhats. The size of rail and style shall be as per IS –1003 (Part-I) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed & skelton shutters (factory made) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rabated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section- 8 clause 8.24 (a) and fitted to frames/chowkats as in door shutters. M&L for preparing roof surfaces by cleaning wire brush removing dust, dirt, oil grease and loose particles and wash the surfaces with wire brush and applying one coat primer with acrylic based chemical smart care damproffing by adding 30% water on the entire surface and allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs. Applying two coats smart care damproofing on the entire surface between the interval of 2-3 hrs air cure the surface for 12 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work will be executed upto G+2 Bldg.
