Supply, install, test and commissioning of manufacturer's factory assembled and tested electric driven multistage centrifugal monoblock pump sets 14.91KW/20HP capable for delivering 1350 LPM at 32 Meter head coupled with three phase 415 volt complete of suction 100mm x delivery 65mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of manufacturer's factory assembled and tested electric driven centrifugal monoblock pump sets 5.5KW/7.5 HP capable for delivering 720 LPM at 36 Meter head coupled with three phase 415 volt complete of suction 65mm x delivery 50mm all as specified and as directed. Note for item no 1 & 2 :- (i) Quoted rate inclusive of Starter suitable for pump sets (ii) Quoted rate inclusive of necessary cutting/welding work if required to fix the starter in existing panel (iii) Foundation work if required at site shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Fire pump electrically driven horizontal end suction,centrifugal type,of capacity 67 KW/90HP confirming to IS 12469-1988 with CI casing,bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearing suitable for continuous operation 0% to 150% of rated capacity for 440 Volt 3 phase 50Hz 60 Mtr head 2850 LPM discharge as per OEM recommendation with all accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install,test and commissioning of electric driven Jockey pump horizontal end suction,centrifugal type,of capacity 7.45KW/10HP confirming to IS 12469-1988 with CI casing,bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearing suitable for automatic operation with non over loading power charactorestics for start/stop operation for 440Volt 3 phase 50Hz 80 Mtr head 180 LPM discharge with star delta startor with all accessories all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking up or down old unserviceable pump sets from any location up to 10 HP capacity include disconnectiong all electric connections,suction and delivery pipes,all fittings,nuts and bolts etc and and deposit the same to E/M store yard for further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron or steel plate earth electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, earth plate shalll be surrounded on all sides with 15 cm thick layers charcoal dust mixed with salt connected to and including galvanised earth strip 32x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers at one end and other end shall be connected to test point complete all as shown on electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:2:4), RCC earth pit cover and suitable handle, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe with wire mesh and funnel, 40mm bore GI medium grade protection pipe including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing gunmetal non-return valve-horizontal (screwed end) 50 mm dia fixed with iron wheel bead screwed both ends for pipe and taking off the old fittings (including sweating off soldered joints where required), closing the opening with plug or preparing for new as required and removing old fittings from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing gunmetal non-return valve-horizontal (screwed end) 80 mm dia fixed with iron wheel bead screwed both ends for pipe and taking off the old fittings (including sweating off soldered joints where required), closing the opening with plug or preparing for new as required and removing old fittings from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 62.5 mm inner dia CPVC schedule 80 pipes and plain CPVC 80 fittings on walls/ceilings or laying in floors and taking down old rusted GI tubing and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50 mm outer dia CPVC SDR 11 pipes and plain SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceilings or laying in floors and taking down old rusted GI tubing and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down SCADA motorized valves of size 80/50mm dia with actuator,solinoid valve etc and refixing the same after carrying out necessary repair/replacement works on pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Rate inclusive of provision of necessary CPVC/GI flanges required at site to fix the butterfly valve/motorized valve.

Supply and fixing in repair 15 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete and taking off the old fittings (including sweating off soldered joints where required), closing the opening with plug or preparing for new as required and removing old fittings from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and installing electro galvanised wire mesh cable trays of size 150 mm(w) x 54 mm(d) in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with GI suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
