Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift up to 1.5mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W &J.W. 50% each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Walls ( any thickness) but not less than 0.10 mtrs) thickness atteched pillaster,buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in,vertical surface including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

a) Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors roofs landing and thr like floors etc. upto 200 mm in thickness.

b) Vertical surface such as wall ( any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster,buttresses,string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor, roof landings shelves and cantileverupto floor two level including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing mild/ tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending and binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level Tor Steel including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. manhole cover with frame ( Light duty-single seal pattern 500 mm internal dia,total weight of coverand frame to be mot lessthan 38 Kgs ( weight of cover 23 Kgs and weight of frame 15 Kgs including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In Beam Joists, channels, Angles,Tees flat with connection plateor angle cleats as in main and cross beam hip and jack rafter purlins connected to common rafter and the like.

Laying and Jointing in trenches G.I. Pipes 50 mm dia for Sour pipe, In Let and Out Let Pipe ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directec by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying brick layer 2nd class brick in foundation and plinth of filter bed drain Inner side in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement: 3 Sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by tbe Engineer Inchargte.

Providing and placing in horizontal layer of new filter media in all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge

3rd layer Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

4th Layer bajri 20 mm to 25 mm

5th layer Broken Stone.

Demolition/Dismantling above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extracting the existing filter media from the existing filter tanks including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
