DRAIN WORK & INTERLOCK WORK

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 - By Mechanical Means

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

Providing, Fixing and erecting 50 mm dia GI pipe railing in 3 rows duly painted on Tubular Steel Railing on Medium Weight Steel Channel ( ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm, 1.2 metres high above ground, 2 m centre to centre, complete as per approved drawings including painting over suitable primer .

Providing and applying two coats of Epoxy paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade

lifting and replacing the RCC covering slab of any thickness on top of drain in position including labour charges and miscellaneous expenses etc complete

clearing choked drain by manual means including removal of debris with in a distance of 1000 meters

Construction of footpath/ separator by providing a 150 mm compacted Granular sub-base material as per clause 401 and 25 mm thick cement concrete grade M15, overlaid with precast concrete tiles in cement mortar 1:3 including the provision of all drainage arrangements but excluding kerb channel.

FOOTPATH

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer.G.I. pipes

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

LIGHTING

Supply and fixing of 5 metres hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with top 70mm and bottom 130mm dia made of 3mm sheet thickness, base plate shall be not less than 200x200x12mm and 4 nos of EN8 J type foundation bolts of M20 500mm long with nut, washers, 1 metre single arm bracket and all accessories of Philips/ Crompton/Kesslec
