Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping for drain etc including necessery form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old serviceable bricks obtained vide item No 7 here-in-before shall be used after cleaning).

Demolition of brick work (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, approns etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat in side of drain / channel, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old serviceable bricks obtained vide item No 10 here-in-before shall be used after cleaning)

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid on edge as in drains, bedded and jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old serviceable bricks obtained vide item No 10 here-in-before shall be used after cleaning)

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct on item No 15 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs, bushes, weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth (measured at a height of one metre above the ground level) on either side of Runway, Taxi-track and other places by deploying Bush grass cutter with operator including fuel and lubriciant etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Grass/Bushes etc shall be removed from the site where directed and useful/serviceable materials shall be stacked at location as directed. Note: (i) 01 (One) Bush grass cutter alongwith one operator shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Minimum 03 units of Bush grass cutter with operator shall be deployed at site. The requirement may vary as per quantum of work and the same will be communicated in advance. All usefull material shall be the property of Govt.

Dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs, bushes, weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth (measured at a height of one metre above the ground level) upto 10-15 feet around the light of Runway/Taxi-track) at apron and other places by deploying minimum 04 (four) Nos of labour per day. Grass/Bushes etc shall be removed from the site where directed and useful/serviceable materials shall be stacked at location as directed. Note: (i) One labour shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary tools to the labour as per works requirement. (iii) Minimum 04 labours shall be deployed at site. The requirement may vary as per quantum of work and the same will be communicated in advance. All usefull material shall be the property of Govt.
