Brick Work

Brick work with best available local bricks in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth.

Aluminum Work

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-incharge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness.

Roofing

Steel work in built up Steel trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete (welding to be paid separately).

Welding by Electric Plant

Providing corrugated Dura Shine Aluminum Sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. a)Using 0.65 mm thick Alumunium Troughed Sheet

Flooring

First class Indian teak wood 25 mm wooden plankings tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with screw complete.

Finishing

15 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall.

12 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
