SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified. ( Note :- the vertical height above GL shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast poles, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, aaverage sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250sq.cm. With or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, roundd or mitred tops complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for fixing only precast reinforced cement concrete precast poles, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, aaverage sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250sq.cm. With or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, roundd or mitred tops complete all as specified. Note :- Material obtained from dismantling here-in-before

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 5 to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, as in stirrups including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Material and labour for fixing only serviceable mild steel Galvanised,barbed with restraining and including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of wall / fencing post and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing of rusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts from work site and keep serviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody all as directed.

Supplying only chain link fencing of MS galvanised wire (Hot dipped galvanised), not less than 3 Kg/sqm , made up into mattresses or cages of any mesh size and to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as directed.

Fixing only of old serviceable chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including restraining and resecuring with provision of binding wire and all as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 but n exc 22.5cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel bars round bar 10mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required,as in fixing of the chain link fence with fencing post including jointing ends of bars by welding, complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floor , roofs , landing, balconies , deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified.

Material and labour for raking out joints/ flush pointing to brickwork in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels , roofs, laid on edge in floors/ top of drain, and flush pointing to brick on edge pavings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for raking out joints/ pointing to brickwork in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels , roofs, laid on flat in floors/ top of drain, and flush pointing to brick on flat in pavings in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels,kerbs, aprons, etc. laid dry and pointed in cement morter and keeping aside servoicebale bricks for re-use complete all as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, laid on flat, in floors / tappered wall of drain laid dry and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

All a sper item No 30 here-in-above but except bricks complete all as directed. Note :- Serviceable bricks obtainned from dismantiling against item No 37 shall be reused

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, laid on edges , in floors / tappered wall of drain laid dry and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

All a sper item No 32 here-in-above but except bricks complete all as directed. Note :- Serviceable bricks obtainned from dismantiling against item No 37 shall be reused

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed of drains including forming channels complete all as specified.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel, and like , as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified ( Note :- screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor and shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block chemically treated any shape , size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm thick sand cushion spread and laid levelled in layers complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for receiving floor finishes complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone rounded or chemfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
