ITEM NO.01 : Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced Concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.02 : Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar or any other description and in any situation etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.03 : Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position not otherwise specificaly provided for complete and removing the unserviceable rubbish outside the MoD land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO. 4 : Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, pipes foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes etc, not exc 10 sq metre on plan and n exc1.5 metre in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM NO.20 : Use & waste of formwork to faces of walls,retaining walls, RCC circular manhols abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.21 : Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , slab over manholes similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.22 : Use & waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide (rough finished surfaces of concrete), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.23 : TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D corrosion resistant steel (CRS) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM NO.26 : Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses as in manholes complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.27 : Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs and the like complete, all as in manholes specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.28 : Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO. 29 : Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 200 mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 200 mm bore pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO. 30 : Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 250 mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required of 200 mm bore pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM NO.33 : Supply and fix manhole cover SFRC(steel fiber reinforced cover) factory made of size 560 mm dia with and including suitable steel frame as per manufacturer's instructions , heavy duty as approved by GE complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.34 : Rolled mild steel sections( Fe-290W (Gde-E-165 quality-A)) as in stairs (framed) In flat,round or square bars including cleats, brackets,including embedding in concrete as in steps of manhole etc.complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.35 : 60 mm thick coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size,rubber moulded M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment to match, over and including 50 mm thick sand cushion complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.36 : Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in floors and pavings laid in alternative bays and making impresions of expanded metal while concrete in green. complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.37 : 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors,type B, conforming to IS 13592-1992 supplied laid , jointed & tested including taking out/down old pipes complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.
ITEM NO.38 :Brick work(Except bricks) using Old bricks straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 Mtr means radius built in CM 1:4 complete, all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Bricks obtained from srl item No 2 shall be reused in this item)
ITEM NO.39 : Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with ISI marked water proofing compound, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
ITEM NO.40: Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.41 : Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clearspan, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.42 : Pre cast cement concrete Grade M 30 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in , cover slabs 100 mm thick (for man holes etc in three parts.) and similar articles complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.43 : Preparation of new wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on plastered/unplastered surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.44 :Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description n exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of anti corrosive piant over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Item No 45 : Cleaning and removing of blockage from mahholes of any size and upto 1.5m depth including removing the soil, roots or any other materials from the manholes working/running condition and flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and functional. removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Note for Srl Item No 77 to 91 :- Cost of Earth work Bailing out water or any other activity required to facilitate repair work pertaining to these items shall deemed to be including in the unit rate quoted for these items.

ITEM NO. 92 : Sand cushioning for cables 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose).
ITEM NO.93 : Burnt bricks with brick class designation 75 old size for cable protection laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches for protection of cables, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.94 : XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) earthed with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 Sq mm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipes complete including taking down/out old cable, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Excavation, bricks for cable protection, sand cushioning , GI pipes and joints shall be measured and paid separately.

ITEM NO.103 : Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor type straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 3.5 core of 70 to 95 sqmm cross sectional area complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.104 : Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor type straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 3.5 core of 150 to 185 Sqmm cross sectional area complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.105 : Galvanised Iron tubing light grade 50 mm bore laid in replacement for cable protection under the floor, road crossing, along the wall or along the pole including MS clamps, nuts, washers and bolts complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.106 : Galvanised Iron tubing light grade 80 mm bore laid in replacement for cable protection under the floor, road crossing, along the wall or along the pole including MS clamps, nuts, washers and bolts complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
ITEM NO.107 : M&L for cutting of road/PCC footpath/ hardstanding /interlocking tiles including excavation for laying cable/pipe and making good as per existing specification complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Item No 108 : supplying & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV Type 1, ISI marked with Peak , Size 300mm X 180mmx 40mm complete, all as specified and as directed.
NOTE No.1- : Excavation and earth work for laying of DWC HDPE Pipes/DI Pipes/GI Pipes/ Cables/Cutting of manholes, roads , paths, walkways and any other work executed under this contract shall be carried out with utmost care and with all safety gears in place after obtaining permission from the respective authority. Any damage done while execution to any existing structure, pipe line, electric or communication cable shall be made good by the contractor exactly as per the existing specifications at his own cost. In case any delay caused by the contractor in making good the damage, demurrage as per norms or as decided by the GE is additionally chargeable to the contractor. Bailing out,pumping out ,timbering,planking and struting if required shall be carried out by the contactor at his own cost. .The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the provisions stated here-in-before. NOTE No.2 : Wherever required newly laid DWC pipe line shall be connected with existing sewage pipe line. Cost of excavation, earthwork, material & lobour etc required to make the connection of newly laid DWC pipe line, laid under this contract to the existing sewage pipe line, shall deemed to be included in the unit items. No claim, whatsoever nature it may be, shall be entertained at any stage of the work.
Note: For the purpose of arriving at contract sum amount, the amount of credit Rs 1235095.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
