Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material out side MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise specified for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint , over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 25 mm thick of any size, colour and pattern as approved by GE set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconecting existing water storage tanks of any capacity setting aside or removing if required for repair cleaning etc. hoisted if required reconnection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with polythyne float and flynut complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Restraining and resecuring barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- ( Each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.20 to 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75-85 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (Each line wire to be measured)

Supply & fixing in repairs galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg and opening length should be 8.0m) & fixed to angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around , in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, MS flat iron 40x6mm for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm dia mild steel Fe-290 (Grade E-165)/IS-432 Gde-I round bars in available lengths complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galavanized chain link fencing of 3.15 mm dia of wire and 100mm x100mm mesh size including line wire straing bending binding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 3mm thick wood grain finished aluminium composite panel (ACP) as in wall cladding/roof ceiling, with and including necesarry frame work ( Minimum sized of framed panel 900 mm X 1200 mm) made of mild steel 2" X 1" of wall thickness 16 gauge, MS Frame fixed to walls, pillars, columns with necesarry fasteners, screws, wrawl plugs, anchor bolts etc and sealed the ACP panel with silicon of 789 code & also with 3M tape where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for work in building/ structure of any height.
