Earth work in excevation in hilly areas in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work (both in soft and hard rock) with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to the required lines grades, side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1,&1603.2 and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in roadways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excvated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and including all labour, machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means and labour (if any required) Recovery for useful stone of 142.50 Cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs. 42750 /- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Excavation in earth work for structures in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of soil ordinary and hard rock work with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met due to stream flow, seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion. pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds, setting out conforming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawing and as per direction of engineer-in-charge and transportation of soil to roadway after back filling and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking, leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305. All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution or disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects The work also includes construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete in open foundation 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand :twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations and plinths or similar works complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain in open foundation PCC grade 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations and plinths or similar works complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. P.C.C grade M-10 (M-Ten) using graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Randum rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement six sand ) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specifgication clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement : five sand ) (2nd sort) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specifgication clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining wall and breast wall, revtment wall and parapets etc. For sub structure and super structure complete as per technical specification clause 704.06 and 1302.5 complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling with granular materials behind abutment wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206.3 granular material including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (four milimetre) dia G-I wire confirming to IS 280 amd IS 4826 in 100mmx100mm (one hundred milimetre x one hundred milimetre) mesh wooven diaganally inculding ten percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulder weighting not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilogramme) each as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301. with in all leads and lifts of materials to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets clause 1101 900mm (nine hundred milimetre) dia With in all leads and lifts of Materials , carriage complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble flooring complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1303.3 including hauling / carriage of all labour euipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and placing in position HYSD bar reinforcement, including cost of binding wire in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1001 and 1401 including hauling/carriage of al labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportations in ll leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of parapets with plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of excavation. Form work with steel plates and as per drawing and technical specification section/clause 800 and 1208.4( MORD specification 2004) including haulling/carriage of all labour and equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material Grading- I, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401. By mixed in placed method including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetre to forty five milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual mean including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual mean including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surfaces of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg. per sqm ( zero point seventy to one kilogram ) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause -502 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30kg(Zero point two five to zero point three zero Kilograme ) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydroulic broom as per techanical specification clouse 503. including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm (twenty five milimetre) thick VG-10 with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of hill side V-Shape drain 0.45 x 0.25 ( zero point four five x zero point two five ) metre laying 10 cm. ( Ten centimetre thick) M-10 (M- ten) grade nominal mix drain in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and grade . Dimension and other particular as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts ,transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of technical specification Clause 303.1.including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position fifth kilometre stone precast in reinforced cemnt concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) mechnically mixed and vibrated of standard design as per indian Road Congress-8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2014 clause 1703 including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M-fifteen) grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 (eight) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification rural roads clause. 1703 including mechanically mixed and vibrated (ordinary, kilometre stone precast) including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M- fifteen) grade Zoom stone of standard design as per IRC : 26 (twenty six) Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification rural roads clause. 1703 including mechanically mixed and vibrated stone including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY 2.00 km (two kilometre) board with logo board with mild steel plates of 1.6 (one point six millimetre) duly welded with mild steel flat iron 25mm x 5mmm (twenty five into five milimetre) size on back on edges plate will be welded with one number 75mm x75mm (seventy five into seventy five milimetre) of 12 SWG ( Twelve standard wire Gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (M fifteen)grade blocks of 600mm x600mm x 600mm ( six hundred into six hundred into six hundred milimetre) 600mm ( six hundred milimetre) below ground level. All mild steel will be stove enameled on sides, both side painting, borders, back ground and road marking with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint per drawing and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads Augest 2004 clause 1701 Annexure 1700.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Compacting the original ground supporting sub grade loosing of the ground up to level of 150 mm (One hundred fifty mili metre ) below the sub grade level watered and compacted in layers to meet the requirements including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. as per HPPWD specifictation including hauling/carriage of materials and labour equipment to various location through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts of matrials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Un-reinforced.dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement , thickness as per design, over a preparede sub base , with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383,0.2 cum capactiy and appropriate not exeeding 25 mm , mixed in a concrete mixer design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying abd fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges , steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes,compacted using needle, screes and plate vibrators and finished in continuos operation including provision of contraction and expansion . construction joints,applying debonding strips,primer,sealant,dowel bars, nera approaches to bridge/ culvert abd construction joints , admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days , using curing copmpound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 7 (c) of contract data to general consition of contract and technical specification of Ministry of rural Development for rural roads August 2014 (two thousand fourteen) for rural roads including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
