Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water remove Dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris,marking defective locations and removing loose conc by careful stripping until hard surface is exposed,cutting the conc to regular shape,wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal for rust particle from reinforcement of any diametre using wire brush/emery paper of by grinding and applying two coats of NITO ZINC primer for protection of corrosion to old and new reinforcement as per manuferecturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying NITO BOND EP for bonding of new concrete with old concrete surfaces all as per manufecturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT reinforcement 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking, hooking etcbinding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed), complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm as in including cutting, bending and binding with mild steel not less than 0.9 mm dia (annealed), complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs for connection new and old reinforcement in any position with not exc. 6 mm weld exc 25 mm and n exc 50 mm lentgh, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down loose/damaged concrete of any description from columns, facias, fins ,chajjas, beams, walls, roof slabs and similar items etc by hammering wooden mallets, carefully, chipping of concrete surfaces of the old concrete including cutting of corrodded reinforcement as required, including removal of debris to a distance n exc 100 m complete all as directed including scaffolding.

M&L for 25mm thk. Cement concrete using 6mm down graded stone aggregate admix with Nitobond FBR@ 3 litre per bag of cement in any locations including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm aggregate mixed with super plasticizers like conplast ST- 337 (or equivalent) other brand material having similar techinical specification as approvied by GE & the quantity of plasticizers shall be mixed as per manufacture instruction complete & with necessary formwork in any location whether required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement morter 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound conplast x 421 IC as manufacture insturction, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 11 but 5mm thick 1:3 for ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only conplast x421 IC, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering (Internally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces as in Ceiling, soffit of Chajjas, faces of coloum, etc., plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth, without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (Externally) on Fair Faces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces in Two Layers, 1st Layer of 10mm thick and 2nd Layer of 5mm thick including mixing with WPC to the 2nd Layer as per Manufacturer's instructions and finished the plastered Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) shall be Measured and Paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Items.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC), conforming to IS-2465:1975 and as approved, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting/up-rooting/removing of Trees growth on Walls, Chajjas and cleaning effected Area not exc. 3.00 Sqm Each Patch and Making Good the area with Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, mixing with WPC as per Manufactare instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1.5 mm thick wall care putty in two layers on new plastered surfaces as in walls, complete all as specified and as directed.
