Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH etc complete as directed by the departmental officer incharge of work for finished item of work

Filling with Crusher Stone Dust for foundation and basement filling in layers as per drawing and technical specification including compacting, watering etc., Complete as per Clause MORD & 304 MORTH and other incidental charges as directed by the departmental authorities of the work as per site conditions. But excluding seigniorage Charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Filling Gravel in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements using CC M40 having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour cahrges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - for New Wood Work. The rate cinluding cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.
