Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 0.62mm thick Tata Durashine or equivelent make prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during trasportation any should have to supply in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-In-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 5.5 mm or as required size) with EPDM seal, complete upto any bitch in horizontal/ veritical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.62mm thick Tata Durashine or equivalent make prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 5.5 mm or as required size) with EPDM seal, complete upto any bitch in horizontal/ veritical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm overall 0.62mm thick Tata Durashine or equivelent make prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 5.5 mm or as required size) with EPDM seal, complete upto any bitch in horizontal/ veritical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 300mm wide Pre-painted PGI sheet 0.47 mm thick in eaves board/facial/ soffits/ceiling incluidng cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and complete as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (base members of steel work shall be measured & paid for separately) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing flushing 38 cm overall 0.62mm thick prepainted plain sheet in roofing Tata Dura shine or equivalent make with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 5.5 mm or as required size) with EPDM seal, complete upto any bitch in horizontal/ veritical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing LINAR sheet 0.37 mm thick of approved make in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing structure glazed wall with Aluminium frame 2"x2" having 16 Gauge panels 4'x2' each including 5mm thick blue intelo/reflecto glass all over area and two flip windows shutters in each floor of Kitchen corridor for cross ventilation location as per site, Hotel Club House Mecleoganj as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights. (Jindal/Hindalco or equivalent make)

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
