(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Super structure and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement into six coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 35 mm (thirty Five millimeter) thick shutters including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
