M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; rough finished flat surfaces of finished concrete not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide and rough finished surfaces concrete , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M S TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd.including cranking bending spirally for hooping etc .binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.complete all as specified.

M & L for brick work using sub class “B” bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 ( Old size brick), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping/benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work incl of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made Precast RCC grade M-25 manhole cover including fixing in cement mortar 1:6 on drain, casted with steel frame,reinforced with10mm TMT bar @ 100 mm centre to certre bothway,hooks completed all as per sample kept in GE's office and directed (Volume shall be measured with steel frame).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built incement mortar including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 Cm thick below or above ground level. (un renforced), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonay built in cement mortarincluding all quoins jamb pillars etc.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. ex.c 1.5 m in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.ex.c 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, with excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm thick in soft/ loose soil, complete all as spesified & directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as spesified & directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 including MS nut and bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting or welding etc, complete all as directed.

M&L for Mild Steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as spesified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations or sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as inplinth protection or similar places, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 Cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thk PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of path, complete all as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick of sand layer under interlocking paver block, complete all as directed.

M&L for glaged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 (square/ rect) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in verticle surfaces such as dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg), as in floor for levelling surfaces, all as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) using coarse sand on brick or concrete surface, finish fair, even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/ un-plastered) of walls including removing all vegetation etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
