Facility Management of Jyoti Bishnu Antarjatik Kalamandir at Khanapara, Guwahati including operations, comprehensive maintenance, security and housekeeping for a period of 5 (five) years

Comprehensive operation and maintenance of the complete facility and installations entire project for a period of five years, including the defect liability period, and shall ensure that all buildings, civil works, electrical and mechanical installations, HVAC systems, lifts, escalators, DG sets, transformers, fire-fighting and fire alarm systems, CCTV, Parking management, access control, BMS, audio-visual systems, stage lighting, plumbing, STP, ETP , HOUSEKEEPING, SOLAR SYSTEM O&Msolar systems, landscaping, and all other associated services remain fully operational and serviceable. The Contractor shall deploy qualified technical and support personnel on a 24×7 basis, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, provide all necessary spares, consumables, tools, and equipment, maintain proper records and reports, comply with statutory and safety requirements, respond promptly to emergencies, and provide housekeeping, security, parking management, waste management, and horticulture services. The Contractor shall ensure uninterrupted, safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facility in accordance with Good Industry Practice and the directions of the Employer.
