Providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average area n exc 100 sq cm, with or without chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 51 above but n.exc. 10 cm girth and width complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE (iii) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge.The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 54 above but n.exc. 10 cm girth and width complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preapration of old plastered or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of walls, concrete tiles, kerb stone and the like and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots making the surface even and smooth and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall , kerb stone including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots making the surface even and smooth and applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
