INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply & Fixing LED security light fitting 30 watt, having uniformaty ratio 0.25, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection comlete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of suitable dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed
NOTE FOR ITEM N 3.02 :- (i) For all types of LED fittings and luminaire should be same manufacturer. (ii) LM -79 cretificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material.(iii) System efficacy should be more than 100 lummens / watt (d) CRI should be more than 80 (v) THD should be less than 20% (vi) PF should be more than 0.95
ROAD AND PQC PAVEMENT/TARMAC
M & L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 100 mm thick each GSB (Granular Sub Base ) grading I as per table 400-I MORTH specifications and mixed with 35% coarse graded crushed stone agg by providing close graded material mixing by any means as per site conditions, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-12 tonne capacity and maintaining the required density, grading and moisture content as per MORTH specifications complete all as specified and directed
M & L for 150mm WMM with coarse stone aggregate of grading as specified in double layer of 75mm thick each using mechanical paver and rolled with vibratory type power roller 8-10 tonne capacity to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed
M & L road line painting 100 mm wide with golden yellow, white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on bitumen road providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 including cleaning of old road marking paint, the finished surface to be levelled, uniform and free streaks and holes in addition where arrows of letters are to be provided thermostatic compound may be machine sprayed the colour of compound with traffic diversion arrangements if required as per MORT&H clause 803.4 complete all as specified and directed
Demolition of dense asphaltic/PQC/WBM of existing runway/ taxitrack (unreinforced) of any description and in any position of runway or pavements.
Note :- The work against these items shall be done very carefully by the contractor. It shall be ensured that no damage to the adjoining surface of esixting work if done the same shall be be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the govt. The cost of crack and repair to the adjoining slabs (adjoining slabs to the the slabs ordered to be demolished developed during demolition to be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item.
Removing demoilsed material (cement concrete) from outside of MOD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M & L for Rolling and consolidation of subgrade (500 mm) using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to the compaction of 98% of MDD and minimum 4% soaked CBR throughout complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 300 mm thick GSB (Granular sub base) grading V in two layer of 150 mm each as per table 400-1 morth specifications and mixed with 35% coarse graded crushed aggregate by providing close graded material mixing by any means as per site conditions, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-12 tonne capacity and maintaining the required density, grading and moisture content as per MORTH specifications, compacted stabilised sub base of 98% MDD complete all as specified and as directed
M & L for 225 mm thick WMM compacted thickness with coarse stone aggregate of grading as specified in three layer of 75 mm thick each using mechanical paver and rolled with vibratory type power roller 8-12 tonne capacity to required gradient and camber complete all as specified
M& L for providing 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) DLC (Dry Lean concrete), grade M-15 (Design Mix) using graded stone aggregate with min cement content of 250 kg/Cum with 7 days compressive strenth of 10 Kg/Sqcm including spreading, rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed. Note:-"If minimum cement is not sufficient to produce dry lean concrete of the specified strenth, it shall be increased as necessary by the contractor at his own cost.
M & L providing clean HDPE sheet with maximum standard width and length as approved by GE without joints, virgin raw material, confirming to IS:10889:2004, 400 micron thick,black colour, over 2.5 Kg/Sqm laid over 10 mm thick sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlaps not less than 300 mm and waste complete all as specified Note: (i) Laps shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and will not be measured separately. (ii) Sand layer shall also be deemed included in the quoted rate. (iii) Company logo, IS Code batch number shall be marked on HDPE sheet at every 2 m.
Material and labour providing 350 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural stength 45 kilogram per sq.cm using min 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, ( with maximum size of coarse aggregate upto 40mm) as per mix design, with non-circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25 % by weight of OPC 43 grade cement polyester triangular fibre 6/12 mm long with circum diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree celsius and having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.4 as secondery reinforcement in concrete and necessary form work for laying in bays complete all as specified and as shown on drawings all as specified and directed. NOTE : Supply only Non- cicular synthetic fibre shall be measured and paid seprately under respective item of BOQ. Notes:- (i) construction joints, dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iii) The PQC shall be laid using slip form paver with sensor cum vibrator of requisite capacity
(iv) Necessary finishing of concrete surface by brooming shall be done while the concrete is green all as specified and directed v) Date of casting of PQC slabs shall be done by makinf impression using metal letters of approved size and thickness. (vi) No price adjustment shall be made for increase in quantity of cement content during execution work as per approved design. Note:-(i) If minimum cement is not sufficient to produce dry lean concrete of the specified strenth, it shall be increased as necessary by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Non-circular/tringular fibre shall be measured and paid separately as supply only
Supply only non polyester non circular/tringular fibre 6/12 mm long with cirum cirle dia 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree celsius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified directed.
Material and labour for forming contraction joint (dummy joint) upto 110mm depth of concrete slab (PQC) x 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and filled with polyurathene joints sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth min above the back up rod) with min performance gurantee of 10 years and min movement accomanadances factor (MAF) + 30 % conforming to the requirment of BS 5212 AND EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test inculding two coats primer and providing 10mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidnental slipage of seleant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the selant and removing the masking tape after seleant is applied complete all as spcifed and directed
Material and labour for forming construction joint 10mm wide upto 25mm depth of concrete to form joint using diamond cutter ) and filled with slab filled with polyurathene joints sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth min above the back up rod) with min performance gurantee of 10 years and min movement accomanadances factor (MAF) + 30 % conforming to the requirment of BS 5212 AND EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test inculding two coats primer and providing 12mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidnental slipage of seleant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the seleant and removing the masking tape after seleant is applied complete all as specifed and directed
Providing and laying expansion joint 25mm thick full depth of concrete using expanded polythylene form expansion joint filler pad in sheet form of brand 'Supreme capcell HD 100" or equivalent as approved by the GE and 30mm dia non cross linked Expanded polyethylene armour rod as per manufactures specifications. Density of expansion pad shall be 100 Kg/cum ± 10% and density of 30mm dia armour rod shall be 24 to 26 Kg/cum and filled with 10mm deep polysulphide (pour grade) RDL 941 EH, including painting of sides with polyethyelene primer applied in two coats with brushes on the sides of joint at an interval of 30 minutes, armour rods of approved quality fixed with suitable arrangements complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Polythylene shall be confirm to BS 5212-1990 and primer shall be graded RDL-942 of Cholsey or equivalent as approved by the GE.

(E) Two Nos. batter/ of 12 volts each ISO AH lead acid type.{F) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AMF (Automatic main Failure) panel suitable for generating set for capacity 250 KVA grouted in the floor with PCC/RCC foundation factory made "indoor cubical type" front operation able fabricated from CRCA sheet (3.15 mm} of suitable size comprising power contactors as per manufacturer recommendation (Operating coil voltage 420 volt) or equivalent capacity of other makes bus chamber copper bus bar of current rating 400 Amps with high insulation & instantaneous tripping device suitable for complete panel over current 0.5 Amps, electronic current with tripping indication of each shape of fault and provisions of reset facilities completed protection of AMF panel, painted with powder coating of following features:- (i) 3 Phase MVR relay unit for main power contactor but with single phase protection both on in/out side, 3 phase low voltage cut off at 350 volts reverse phase protection 3 phase high voltage cut off 460 volts unbalance voltage

External Electric Supply
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 400 Amps, HT vacuum circuit breaker indoor panel for outgoing conforming to 1EC 62271-200, 25 KA for 1 Sec, LSC2B-PM class front accessed comprising of Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker all as specified and directed . Enclosed panel shall consists of following:- (a) 400 A continuous rated electrolytic copper bus bar, droppers and bus bars should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves (b) Trolley mounted horizontal racking in rack out and horizontal isolation, vacuum circuit breaker as per IEC 62271- 100 so that the breaker rack in /out is done in a smooth manner. Vacuum circuit breaker should have vacuum bottles of the same manufacturer as of circuit breaker. The Vacuum Bottle should be type tested for 100 full short circuit operations, (c) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge. {d) Panel separation with every department like VCB, Metering , Cable Chamber & Bus Bar Chamber {e} Cast resin Current Transformer 11KV, 100/1+1A, core 1: class 0.5,15 VA, Core 2: 5P10,15 VA with metering and protection core including necessary control wiring (f) Accessories like local remote switch, breaker control switch (T-N-C), space heater with thermostat, DC & AC control circuit through MCB, indicating lamps for RYB, spring charge, DC supply healthy, breaker ON/OFF, breaker in Service/TEST.

(v) Digital power factor meter-01 No. (vi) APFC relay 6 step-01 No. (vii) MCB TP- 63 Amp-03, 40 Amp DP-02, 20 Amp DP-01 No. (viii) Indicator lamp- 01 Set. (ix) LED indicator for each type of bank.
